JSC „Kretingos turgus“ was established after decition, passed in Dec. 20, 2005, by municipal Council‘s of Kretinga; after restructuring JSC „Kretingos komunalininkas“ and establishing new company – JSC „Kretingos turgus“.

JSC „Kretingos turgus“ is a limited civil liability entity, registered with the State Enterprise Centre of Registers and started its acitivities on 1^st of February, 2006. The main shareholder of the company is Kretinga district municipality - 100 percent issuer's share capital.

The main objective of the company is market exploitation – leasing real estate, that belongs to company by ownership or other rights.
